**Our treats are made with organic ingredients and we use no preservatives, chemicals, or artificial flavors. Our colors are derived from fruit and vegetable powders. We try to purchase most of our ingredients locally and love to support local farmers.

**Unless otherwise specified, we ship 1-3 business days within getting your order.

We are fully licensed through the Pennsylvania Dept. of Agriculture. All of our treats have been tested by an independent lab for guaranteed analysis.

If you are in the suburban Philadelphia area, please come see us at the Glenside Farmers Market, Saturdays, May through November.

Orders will be shipped within 3 days of receiving payment. If we are in a period of insanity, like the holidays, we will make you aware of your ship date asap.
Any shipping overages above $1 will be gladly refunded.
We always ship priority mail for US orders. If you want to buy multiple items, please either contact me beforehand for a special listing OR order and request a new invoice with combined shipping. I use Flat Rate Boxes as well as several other sizes. I will use the least expensive method possible for you. We are not responsible for damaged or lost parcels after they leave our hands.
If you would like your package shipped to another address or as a gift, please convo me and let me know prior to shipment.

Contact me for international rates prior to ordering, paypal accepted with confirmed address only. I do not charge any customs when sending your packages. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. I have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and Lucky Dog Treat Co is not responsible for those charges. For any additional information refer to your local customs agency. Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees.
All orders are packaged as carefully as possible. In keeping with our goal to protect the environment. you order will be packaged with a mix of new and used shipping materials. Sometines not pretty, but always responsible!

Please consider multiple bags, as we all know postage is at a premium these days, and I can fit MANY bags in a flat rate box!!
