Bringing smiles to people one handmade piece at a time :)

My sister in law and my wonderful husband were the driving forces as to why Lucky Hanks exists today.

I have been making wonderful handmade pieces for years but in 2009 my sister in law told me about Etsy and I was encouraged to try it out. It still brings me great joy every time I sell something :)

I got the name Lucky Hanks from my 2 spoiled doggies. Lucky was my 45lb Boston Terrier who crossed the rainbow bridge August 2015 from liver cancer. Hanks was my 100lb 3 legged Rottweiler who crossed the rainbow bridge October 2016 from bone cancer. Spencer the newest member is a 20lb Boston Terrier who is so full of energy and love. Spencer is a wonderful supervisors and makes sure I take lots of breaks to play with him so my hands don't get tired.

I love knitting and crocheting and I do it from the time I get up in the morning till my head hits the pillow at night. I work about 15hrs everyday doing what I LOVE to do. As a kid you always get asked what you want to be when you grow up, my answer was always "My Own Boss". I am very fortunate and grateful to have a wonderful husband who has given up his man cave to become my yarn office and supports me in following my dream.

    I have been crocheting since I was 8 and knitting for the past few years. In 2012 I started to sell my patterns and watch as others enjoy making my items as much as I do.

I am not responsible for any lost or damaged packages in the mail. Due to the nature of Custom orders, being made just for you, I do not do refunds on any custom orders.

I do not give refunds on patterns for any reason.

Shipping
If you have over paid shipping by more than $1 I will refund the difference back to you when I ship your item. I love to combine shipping on all items! I strive to ship items out as soon as possible.

I use whatever name and address is on your "ETSY" account.

I will NEVER guarantee an item will get to you by a certain date. However, I will try my very best to ship items out with enough time for the post office to deliver it by a certain date. Please contact me if you would like to order something that is time sensitive.

All orders will have a tracking # so you can stalk them.

I do ship all over the world! Please convo me for shipping prices.
