RETURN POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchases at Lucky Kaeru Fabric and Supplies. If you are dissatisfied, please contact us and return the item within 10 days of delivery, and we will exchange it or refund its purchase price. We do not refund original shipping costs unless we sent you the wrong item. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

We do not accept returns of any item that is not in its original condition, has been washed, used, or is damaged in any way.

We currently only accept paypal payments at this time.

All prices are in US dollars only.

***Orders shipped within California will be charged 7.75% Sales Tax, which will be added to your total upon checkout.***

For linens, canvas, flannel or thicker items, shipping costs are double so shipping 1 yard of canvas would be similar to shipping 2 yards of quilting weight cotton fabrics.

Please note that Etsy cannot calculate shipping costs correctly for multi quantity purchases so please refer to the chart above or contact us for an accurate shipping quote prior to purchase. Excess shipping of over $1 will be automatically refunded after shipment.


SHIPPING TIME
We offer our customers prompt shipping - all orders are shipped 1 business day after payment clears. We will notify you by convo if there are any problems with the shipment of your order that will cause a delay.

Paypal automatically send notification and tracking of your order so please check your Paypal account for tracking info.


SHIPPING OVERCHARGES
Shipping overcharges over $1 are refunded upon shipment of your order.


INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS TAXES/FEES
The buyer is responsible for any customs fees, duties and taxes that may be incurred on your purchase.

All fabrics are brand new, unwashed and cut straight from the bolt when ordered. All fabrics are kept in a smoke free environment.

If you are ordering more than one yard, it will be in a continuous cut. If this is not possible, we will inform you prior to shipment.

MINIMUM CUTS
Currently, unless a particular cut is already listed in our shop, the smallest cuts that we do are half yards.

WE DO NOT SELL FAT QUARTERS OR 1/4 YARD CUTS.


COMMUNICATION
Please only contact us through the etsy conversation feature for any questions about your order. Our direct outside e-mail gets a lot of e-mails each day, so your inquiry will be buried quickly and not be answered.

We answer conversations as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 24 hours for a response.


COLOR REPRESENTATION
While every effort is made to represent color accurately, every monitor is different and we cannot guarantee the colors you see match the colors of actual fabric.


PRICING
Our pricing is competitive and below retail, we do not offer any discounts or price matching.


CUSTOM LISTINGS
Custom listings are only kept active for 24 hours, after which they will be removed and the fabric taken off hold. If you are unable to purchase your listing within the 24 hour period, please contact us for an extension.
