We're always working on new designs, custom orders, and classic favorites. Offered here you will find everything from beautiful, hand made, completely customizable bridal clutches, bridal party accessories, several varieties of hand crafted satin and organza flowers, durable, comfortable and endlessly useful baby slings, aroma therapy spa pillows with scents like lavender and chamomile, and many other designs!

Returns and exchanges
All wedding clutches and accessories are guaranteed against material and workmanship defects for 6 months. Items will be repaired or replaced, to be determined at time of exchange.
All other fabric purses guaranteed against workmanship defects for 12 months. Items will be repaired or replaced, to be determined at time of exchange.
Baby slings are covered for two years, will be repaired or replaced, to be determined at time of exchange.
Lucky Lady cannot offer full refunds on orders already started. For a full refund, you must contact Lucky Lady within 48 hours to notify of your cancellation. Refund will be given less any applicable fees from Etsy, your credit card or bank, and listing fee, if any. A cancellation request can be made at any time thereafter, with refund amounts dependent on order status; if your custom order already cut and sewn, we cannot offer you a refund.

Lucky Lady primarily uses USPS flat rate boxes:

Small Flat Rate Box $6 (Fits one clutch, or two large flowers, for example)
Med Flat Rate Box $11 (Comfortably fits 2-6 clutches with flowers)
Large Flat Rage Box $16 (Usually fits 7-10+ clutches with flowers)
Tracking is always included, for other requests please be sure to inquire at time of order.

Please contact Lucky Lady to discuss custom orders and time frames. Generally speaking, 4-6 weeks is required to create med to large custom wedding orders, but exceptions can be made. All ready made items offered will ship within 2 business days.
