For all of our customized templates, we use Templett, which is an easy to edit template web browser editor. You will not need to install any special software or fonts.
**All of my templates have demo links, which you can find in the product description of each item.
**Printing options

What is Templett?
Templett is a editing platform that allows you to easily edit and customize your own invitations, signs & more! When you purchase one of our digital files, you will gain access to the file to edit and download as PDF, JPG or PNG. You can then print your design, share via social media and web.
Do you offer printing?
Yes we do! In all of our listings, please see our "printed" version link at the top of each description. We will customize, print and ship your materials to you. The process is longer because we will have to customize, print and ship. We also offer this option for those who want our designs, but would rather not deal with the editing/DIY portion of it. You can visit our printed shop at: luckynotes.etsy.com.
Do you offer customization/design?
We do not. If you need any help on your template/design, please don't hesitate to reach out to us!
Will I lose access to my file after a certain amount of time?
You won't lose access to your files. You can edit them whenever you need to. If you have any issues getting into the files, please contact us.
Hours of operation?
Our office hours are M-F 8:00AM-5:00PM Mountain Standard Time.
We try our best to help those who request it on the weekends, but sometimes we can't guarantee it. We try our best to respond during office hours to all hours within 2-3 hours of your message.
