Authentic Vintage from the Midwest

We bring together Jeannie's private collection of truly vintage finds with Jacqueline's technical savvy and photography skills (often taken with a semi-broken iPhone!) to offer you a vast selection of clothes, accessories, and eclectic finds!

Jeannie was always ahead of her times. Or should we say behind...In her high school and early adulthood years she was scouring the city for 1940s original day dresses and 1950s coats. Not many appreciated her style in the beginning, but she's continually been a model for those who mix it up, bringing together old and new, and is often seen with a different silk scarf for as many days as there are in the year! Thanks to her meticulous collection from the decades of her life, we are able to offer you original, unique, vintage pieces from the 1800s to the 1960s!

Jacqueline, although young, is an old soul. She grew up going to estate sales and garage sales with her parents since she was 3 years old and developed a love for antiques and vintage fashion. It wasn't until the opening of Lucky's that she started really taking photos, but the customer photo-shoots have been such a hit they've become a mainstay of our events and activities. If you have any questions Jacqueline's usually your go-to contact!

The multi-generational composition of this duo is a key factor in how we are able to blend together the panache of the sixties with the wants of the thousands. Today's mass merchandising has left a desire for the high quality, well-designed artifacts of the past and we're here to make you a Lucky match!

Lucky’s Vintage is more than a boutique, it’s a gathering place for people who love the different. Designed by Jacqueline and Jeannie, our resident personal scavengers and vintage matchmakers, we’ve created a space to hook you up with the furniture, art, clothing, and accessories you’ve been lusting after. But what use is love if you can’t share it? Lucky you, we believe that a sustainable community involves connecting local people, businesses, artists, and more not only with each other, but through common events that let those creative juices flow more freely.

Accepted payment methods

Payment
We accept payments through Paypal and Etsy direct payments. Your vintage find will ship within five days once payment is received. Please feel free to contact us with any questions and read through our policies :)
Shipping
We want to make sure your item is shipped safe and that it gets to you, if you have any rush or specific requests please contact us about shipping details, we offer many options, including store pick up, delivery in the Omaha metro area, and more! Because of recent issues with postal services, all future (as of April 11th, 2014) shipments are given tracking and insurance for the full amount of item including shipping cost. If you're item does not arrive, arrives damaged, or you have any other issues obtaining your purchase please carefully read and follow our refund policy.

USPS may now be charging shipping cost for returned items. So if the wrong address was provided causing a package to return, buyer will be responsible for any return postage cost charged by USPS.

Please read more info on VAT/customs tax charges (e.g. UNITED KINGDOM, ITALY, SPAIN have been reported to have VAT charges and they do seem a bit too high, so please make sure to check the customs regulations in your home country prior to purchasing. Any customs fees, tax etc payable are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Refunds and Exchanges
For International Purchases:
A. If your item gets lost in transit:
a. Once we get confirmation from the shipping provider (UPS, USPS, etc.) we will issue a refund.
B. If you do not or are unable to pick up your item at customs:
b. You MUST wait until the item is sent back to us, at which time we will pick it up from our post office, inspect it, and then issue you a refund if the item is in the box and in the condition we sent it to you.
C. We do not ship breakable items overseas at this time.
D. We are unable to process refunds based on size, personal preference, or any other reason not listed above.

For Domestic Purchases:
A. If your item gets lost in transit:
a. Once we get confirmation from the shipping provider (UPS, USPS, etc.) we will issue a refund.
B. If your tracking shows that you did not or cannot pick up your item:
b. You MUST wait until the item is sent back to us, at which time we will pick it up from our post office, inspect it, and then issue you a refund if the item is in the box and in the condition we sent it to you.
C. If your item arrives damaged:
c. Please take photos of the box as you received it and the items inside. You MUST hold on to the item and the broken pieces until we finish processing your refund. You may need to send the damaged items to the shipping provider for insurance inspection or back to us, the original store. Once insurance is processed we will issue your refund of your purchase price and shipping costs.
D. We are unable to process refunds based on size, personal preference, or any other reason not listed above.
Additional policies and FAQs
We are proud of the service we provide our customers and have developed great relationships around the world. If you do have any issues with your purchase please communicate with us describing the problem and wait up to three days for a response. With all the excitement of running a physical shop in Little Bohemia, Omaha, NE we are unable to always be online! We have never had an issue with someone not receiving their money, so please do not open a payment claim unless we take actions that are against our policies! We love our customers and do what we can to make you happy :) but we have unfortunately been victim to a few online scams :( If you have any questions or comments we'd love to hear from you!
