The item is just like what I saw in the picture and description. I usually get headaches when I use my phone's wifi, from the radiation. And the headaches have lessen a little since I attached it to my phone. I think I may need one more, because my phone is longer and if I use it for too long, the headaches do come back. But it does seem to be effective.
