The piece itself is really beautiful. The photos don't do it justice. It's not a mass produced piece and I feel so privileged to give something so unique and beautiful as a gift. Lucy and JD redefine customer service! They bent over backwards for me to receive this order to the extent that I don't have room to communicate in this review. They were so wonderful they get my highest recommendation. I will try my best buy more from them!

1.How quickly will my order be shipped?
---I always ship your order within 24 hours (one business day) after your payment clears in PayPal, except on holidays and weekends.
2.When can I get my order?
---It will usually take about 2-4 business days to deliver the package depending upon your location. Overnight shipping services available at your extra cost.
"Custom Orders" - - Please Allow 5-7 days for completion before shipment.
"Rush Orders" - - Accepted on an occassional basis - Please convo me for additional costs.... and to determine if your request can be met.
3.How can I track my order?
---You may login to your PayPal account and check it under the order/transaction page. Credit Card Orders will also be provided with a tracking number for shipments.
4.Will you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or International addresses?
---Yes, I will. Extra shipping fees will be requested from the buyer.
Refunds and Exchanges
Return of any defective products must be done within 14 days of receipt. The art work or product must be in its original condition: Including box, packaging, and any other accessories.
Please contact me before returning and follow all return instructions.
Return of non-defective or wrongly purchased items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Buyers are responsible for paying the return shipping and handling charges for any replacement or refund request.
