First, Lucymir is easy and incredibly helpful. She must truly care about her business because she knows how to communicate and give advise for her products to her customers. I originally purchased the black beanie but on my little head it looked funny. But the other problem was the color felt like it was too overpowering for me but I didn't know. Lucymir gave me great feedback and suggested the gray. She was right. Love my new gray hat and fuzzy Pom-Pom. I just really think it is amazing that she can be that good and right on about how her hats fit on people and she only looked at pictures of me and we only texted! Thank you Lucymir, I love my hat!

I'm shipping via USPS First Class mail with delivery confirmation for US customers.

For customers outside the US:
International customers are responsible for all fees associated with shipping to their respective countries. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; I have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Refunds and Exchanges
I am a small business owner and put lots of efforts to bring only the best high quality products to my customer. Due to the volume of the orders, I have season policies for refunds and exchanges of all the products except Bridal/Wedding items.
All Bridal/Wedding items are final sale.

High Season Months(October-February):
All sales are finals, no refunds or returns are available due to the high volume of work.
Please, keep it in mind before placing your order.

Low Season Months(March-September):
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 5 days of receiving your item.
Shipping fee is nonrefundable.
I accept returns that have been unworn and undamaged.
I will NOT accept worn, stretched or damaged items. I will NOT accept items with traces of perfume and/or tobacco.
Custom color choices, smaller or bigger sizes and designs are nonrefundable.

I am not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail.

Returns must be in the original condition and packaging and are shipped back at the cost of the seller.
