They did confirm what it was going to look like, it just took 5 days of them asking questions. When I received the lunch box, the middle of the turtle was coming unstitched.

Welcome to Luke's Landing a boy-tique! Our shop is just that, cute clothes for boys only. All of our items are designed and handmade in a pet free/ smoke free environment.

We do custom orders. Customers can request a certain color or theme that isn't listed. Please feel free to give us your idea and we will do our best to create a unique gift for you to give or keep for you own little one.

We accept PayPal. Items cannot be shipped until payment is received.

No cancellations 24 hours after an order on a custom listing has been placed. Due to the nature of our items we do not accept returns. In the unlikely event there is an error on my part I will be happy to exchange the item free of charge.

If you choose to cancel your order for any reason 2 days after order has been placed, there will be a nonrefundable $5 cancellation fee due to our time preparing your order.

We will send out a proof to ensure you are getting the design you desire. Please carefully review the proof and respond with necessary changes or give me the ok to proceed.

NOTE: If you approve the proof I send and the information you approve is incorrect, our shop will not be able to replace or refund. We offer the proofs free of charge to ensure your satisfaction the first time around.
If the name or initials are listed in notes to seller and it is done incorrectly on the proof and you approve it, our shop will not be able to replace or refund your item. We do make mistakes and the proof is our way of making sure that you get the design you want.
If you are ordering anything monogrammed please check the order of initials for monogram.
Luke’s Landing is not responsible if the name or initials are written incorrectly when ordered.
All sales are FINAL on customized and personalized items

Refunds and Exchanges

At Luke's Landing a boytique, we strive for one hundred percent customer satisfaction. We take great pride in our work and aim to honestly represent every piece in each listing. Each item is custom made and we do not except or refund these items.
Items will be shipped through the United States Post Office within time frame specified in our listing/shop announcement or our agreement per conversation. Once the package leaves Luke's Landing posession, it is in complete & total control of the USPS. PLEASE be sure to have your correct and current address in Paypal.
Luke's Landing is not responsible for lost packages after they leave our possession. You will receive an email from Paypal stating your item is shipped along with the tracking number. If you have a package that shows as delivered but have not received it please contact the post office as I have NO CONTROL over this. The postal service can be frustrating, but please remember that Luke's Landing isn't responsible for the package once it leaves us.

If you would like to purchase insurance (to protect you in the event your item is lost in the mail) please contact me and I will set up a listing for you to include the additional charge.
