Announcement   Hello! My name is Vera. I live near the European Alps. I live surrounded by wild nature and farms. That is where I seek my inspiration. My oil paintings reflect the Baroque style (late 16th to the mid 18th centuries) where the light, shades and texture fuse together to deliver the realistic yet mystique atmosphere. If you don't see the animal you like you can custom order painting from me. To do that drop me an email first to discuss the process and the down payment. Thank you for stopping by.

Another great painting! I have ordered multiple custom paintings. I think this is my 5th, and they are all beautifully done. Great seller!!

This is my third purchase from Vera...And the best yet! She is so talented. The picture I sent in to her was not even of best quality but somehow she puts life into each painting. It is so impressive and gift giving is such a joy when I purchase from Lulabies.

This is my second purchase from Lulabies. I am so incredibly happy! Vera is such a joy to work with...I am always very particular, and she hits the mark. Her work is exceptional and she really captures the look you are going for.

About

Alpiq

The Alpiq shop was created by Vera Gaskari who lives near and by the European Alps.
Vera is a typical INFJ person who writes poetry in her sketch book. Vera started painting animals after her weekend trips to the San Diego Zoo. Couple years later she sent her illustrations to the International Illustrators contest where she was nominated as one of few Quarterly winners. Her first book was published in 2014 ( Wry Humor by Dr. Peter Lutterbeck).

The oil paintings by Vera reflect the Baroque style (late 16th to the mid 18th centuries) where the light, shades and texture fuse together to deliver the realistic yet mystique atmosphere.

Unusually small. Focus on that first word. Of all the litters she was the smallest. I felt sorry for her and picked her. She turned out to the the smartest of them all.

Note that I take photos of my art. Thus being said the colors and shades might be different from one PC screen to another. How to take care of the paper goods: Things happen and your mail man might fold or bend an envelop with pictures inside. All my packs have a DO NOT BEND sign. I can only hope you don’t hold me responsible for the actions of your poor mailman :0) If your paper goods have a fold or a crease try to hold the paper above the boiling water (watch your hands). Turn it both sides till the paper starts softening up and rolling into a roll naturally. That’s the time to let it dry flat on the straight surface. DO NOT put press on it. Leave it to dry naturally. In most cases the paper fibers get initial shape/position.
