Looks fantastic in my daughters room. Package it arrived in was so nicely presented as well, I didn't want to open it.

Have wanted one for ages, lovely design. Finally had a little girl whose room I could decorate with owls! Looks beautiful in there. Was delivered so quickly and in lovely packaging. Can't recommend highly enough!

Accepted payment methods

Shipping
We aim to ship all our items in 2 to 5 working days after payment is received. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order.

If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note, customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.

Please note international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.
Refunds and Exchanges
You may return items sold by Lulabird within 28 days from the date of dispatch for a full refund. We do not offer refunds on made-to-order goods unless otherwise agreed.

Lulabird are also happy to exchange items that are not damaged or faulty as long as the item is in its original condition and has not been used. You will be expected to cover the cost of return for these items.

You will be fully refunded, including cost of return, for any product which is damaged, faulty or incorrectly shipped or any circumstance that is in our error. Alternatively, if you wish to exchange an item, please just contact us to let us know.

If the return is not as a result of an error on our behalf, you will be expected to cover the costs of the return postage.

We will not issue refunds for the return of certain items, including:
Any item that is returned more than 28 days after the date of dispatch.
Any purchase that has obvious signs of use
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.

This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of faulty goods.

Remember, the returned item must be received by our returns department within 28 days of the date of dispatch.

When returning items by post, the parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they are received by us. The cost of returning the goods is at your expense. This does not affect your statutory rights. We recommend using a registered postal service and retaining the proof of postage as we may require signed proof of delivery. Lulabird is not responsible for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit.

Exchange Policy

Lulabird will be happy to exchange for the same item most products that are damaged, faulty or incorrectly

All exchanged items must be accompanied by a receipt.

We will aim to process your exchange as soon as possible, but please allow 2 weeks for exchange (4 weeks for overseas orders) for in-stock items. Backordered items may take longer.
