Custom and personalized orders

- Contact me prior to purchase for any customizations.
- Most light switch covers, have a link within item description to add a name.
- A few items already include personalization (read description of item). If NO name is left during check out, I am to assume, NO personalization is wanted.

There are no refunds or exchanges for custom and/or personalized items UNLESS error was made at my end.

Sizing details

All covers are standard sized. If you need jumbo or extra large, please let me know before purchasing. I may be able to provide the needed size for an additional fee.
Here are the standard sizes:
Single: 2.75"x4.5"
Double: 4.56"x4.5"
Triple: 6.38"x4.5"
Quad: 8.19"x4.5"

Care instructions

Once art and/or other elements are adhered, covers are sealed which makes them durable and long lasting.
From certain angles, clear stroke marks from sealing process may be visible.
Covers can be cleaned by wiping with a soft, clean, damp rag. Be sure to dry immediately.

How are your switch plates made?

I use several methods to create light switch covers. Most are made from custom digital artwork adhered to the covers. Less often, fabric, paint and/or vinyl will be used as well depending on design.
Colors may vary in computers and from actual appearance due to lighting, monitors, etc.
Please note because of placement of pattern your image may vary but it will still be the same design.
Accent pieces, such as on the 3D covers, are attached with glue. They will not come off unless pulled on hard. Please keep away from small children.
While I try my very best, some glue may be visible.

Other important info...

Small parts can be a choking hazard. Items are NOT toys and are not to be used by children without supervision.

Please allow for slight variances from what is pictured and note colors can appear different on your screen than in person. They can also vary from screen to screen.

Is it hard to install the custom covers?

Not at all.
Simply screw off your existing covers and place the new cover in exact same spot. Screw new cover in.
When installing your cover, there should be no need to touch the wiring or anything else other than removing and replacing cover.
Please note that, while dealing with anything near electrical wiring proceed with caution and keep power off.

How are items shipped?

Most items are shipped USPS First Class with tracking.
If expedited shipping is needed please contact me for rates and options.
If you need it by a specific date, you MUST contact me prior to purchase.
Please note that USPS may take longer during holiday seasons.

Please make sure your PayPal address is the same as the shipping address, or if you are sending as a gift that you enter the change of address at checkout.
Refunds/Replacements will NOT be given if your address was incorrect.

Do you ship internationally?

Please note that for INTERNATIONAL orders, I ship via USPS .
The average time frame to receive your order will vary based on your individual country and that average is anywhere from 2-6 weeks from the time it leaves our facility.

What are your refund/exchange policies?

Exchanges/Refunds must be discussed first.
Refunds and/or Returns will ONLY be granted if the mistake is made on my end.
Item must be in same exact condition once received.
If Return/Exchange is agreed upon, and the error was NOT on my behalf, a 25%, restock fee will be charged. Shipping will not be refunded.
I can not replace or refund any items that are marked "delivered" by the USPS tracking system.
Also, I can not be held responsible for any issues USPS may have with on time delivery, such as, delays due to weather, holidays or packages that do not get to you by the expected delivery date.

With items that are custom/personalized, I am unable to give any refunds, exchanges or returns.
