Returns and exchange details
Although great care is taken to package honey carefully, glass jars are fragile. We will replace any jars that were damaged during the shipping process. If jar lids become dented in the shipping process, we will ship new lids to replace the dented ones...we will not replace the entire jar.
If a jar is broken or leaking from the shipping process, we will replace the broken/leaking ones only. Jars that are not broken are considered usable, even if honey has dripped on them. Please be prepared to wash and use jars that are sticky but not damaged. We apologize for the trouble!!! :)

Your items will be shipped to the address you provide to Etsy (not Paypal). Please notify us if you would like the items shipped to a different address.
Unless other arrangements are made, we will ship packages about 1 or 2 weeks after an order has been placed.
US customers will not be charged any extra custom fees. These fees are included in the shipping price quote.
Additional policies and FAQs
Please note, although we will always send honey in its liquid form, raw honey may crystallize over time, especially in cold conditions during shipping. Crystallization can be avoided by placing honey jars in the freezer. To re-liquify honey, jars should be placed a pan of hot water. For this reason, stickers for the jars will not be affixed before shipping.
Also, ribbons and tags are shipped ready to be attached to jars. We do not attach these prior to shipping because of potential damage (crushing) enroute.
