    Accepted payment methods

    Accepts Etsy Gift Cards and Etsy Credits
    Returns and exchanges
    I gladly accept returns and exchanges
    Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
    Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
    I don't accept cancellations
    But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
    The following items can't be returned or exchanged
    Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
    • Custom or personalized orders
    • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
    • Digital downloads
    • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
    Returns and exchange details
    With the exception of work damaged during transit, all sales are final.
    Payment
    Payment is due within 48 hours of placing an order via PayPal. Even if you do not have a PayPal account, you'll be able to process payment via any major credit card. There is a link on the left side of the PayPal page to continue checkout without logging in to PayPal.
    Shipping
    Your items will ship within 3-5 business days of payment clearing.

    Kenya orders are shipped via Fargo Courier.

    All other orders are shipped via DHL.

    Unless otherwise noted, all orders will ship to the address listed on the Etsy (versus PayPal) receipt.


    LOCAL PICKUP

    Nairobi buyers are invited to pick up their items to save on shipping. Pick-up from our Studio is on Fridays. 
If you wish to do a local pick-up, please proceed with the checkout and enter the discount code PICKUP. Please include your telephone number in the note and availability so that we can give you a call to arrange pickup. Please proceed with payment in full via PayPal to complete the order.

    GIFT SHIPPING

    I am happy to ship to a gift recipient’s address. Please note the order is a gift under “Note to lulukitololo” during the Etsy checkout process. That way, I will not include a packing slip with the order total.

    Feedback is appreciated and will be reciprocated. I will post feedback within 2 weeks of the transaction. If your experience has been less than positive, please send me a message first, so that I can attempt to address the issue.
