The item was just what I looking for; great quality and arrived really quickly, I thought it could take longer based on the dispatch information. The only thing I would say is I took a risk buying from this seller as the communication was so poor (like I have never experienced in all my time as a buyer!) I contacted them several times regarding another item, a bespoke dress for a wedding and only ever received one response and nothing after that! Based on other reviews I found that really disappointing! Because of the previous poor communication I almost half expected this item not to arrive so I was pleasantly surprised. I probably wouldn't buy from this seller again only due to the poor communication.

All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail. At checkout you will have the option to choose from Standard Delivery (no tracking available) or Tracked & Insured Delivery. Please be aware that we cannot accept responsibility for any items lost in the post, unless delivered using the Tracked & Insured service. Whilst this is extremely rare, unfortunately, it is a possibility. We retain proof of postage for all items.
Orders are processed in the order they are received so please contact us BEFORE purchasing if you require a rush order. We cannot guarantee any requests made after purchasing.
The buyer is responsible for any customs or duty applicable in their own country.
Refunds and Exchanges
All items must be returned in their original condition within 14 days of receipt of goods. You are responsible for the cost of return postage. If exchanging the item you will also be required to pay for postage on the replacement item.
PLEASE BE AWARE. If returning an item from outside of the EU, you will be responsible for any customs charges incurred. If you are returning the item you will receive the original cost of the item minus any customs charges. If exchanging the item, you will be required to pay any customs charges incurred before the replacement item is released. We are happy to provide receipts for any customs charges. If you are unsure about customs charges, please speak to your local post office to find out more.
Please retain your proof of postage when returning any items as, in the unlikely event that your package does not reach us, we cannot issue a refund without proof of postage. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of returned goods.
