Oh Sarah, what an absolute delight to receive my very special package. To know it came such a distance was very exciting! The fruit and vegetables are just so sweet, and the little shopping bags adorable: it makes me wish I was a child just so that I could pretend to have a garden or visit a market garden to buy them! My daughter Lou was even more excited then me, and she actually nearly cried once she saw the contents! I figured it was just over tiredness... she spent the next hour asking me not to bring our gorgeous fruit and veg to pre-school- which is of course why I purchased them. She could give no logical reason as to why I was not meant to take them in. I finally asked her why and she said, that 'it's not fair that they get so many lovely toys and she doesn't even get to play with them first.' I decided that they are hers for the next little bit! Eventually I'll them to take into my pre-school, hopefully sooner rather than later, but I know that she will value them so much and spend many hours engaged in imaginative play when her friends come over for a play date. She loves the blueberries best. I love the corn! Thanks so much for helping to make childhood a wondrous place for children. I wish you every success and happiness, especially with your crafting.
