Luna Blossom Designs was born from the collision of my lifelong love for fiber arts and my search for cute collars for our dog Luna.

I wanted a fabric covered collar for Luna that was both beautiful AND sturdy. I found through searching that a lot of fabric collars are made only from fabric, which I worried wouldn't be safe for a rambunctious puppy -- especially one who pulled on her leash like she was auditioning for a sled team. I wanted a collar that was made from fabric wrapped around nylon webbing (the material traditionally used for dog collars). After seeing them listed for outrageous prices, I decided to try and make my own, and the rest is history. My goal is to sell sturdy, well-made collars at reasonable prices.

I love every collar that I make and I wouldn’t sell anything that I wouldn’t put on my own dog. I create these collars with an intense eye for detail and finishing. I also like to keep in mind that although we love our furbabies -- they're still animals. This is why I use high quality fabric, a sturdy nylon webbing core, high quality hardware, and triple stitch to reinforce any areas that will have tension on them.

Our girl Luna is a sweet, smart, stubborn little mutt who is always up for an adventure. We got her from a friend, so we've been lucky enough to see pictures of her since the day she was born, and we've known her since she was 4 weeks old. She and her siblings were born on the day after a rare Blue Flower Moon, so our daughter thought the name Luna would be perfect for our new puppy. Luna Blossom is another nod to the Flower Moon.
