During the day I run a successful small graphic design shop in Sunnyvale, CA. I have a tight knit group of talented, young designers and we work on projects that span from small, local business to large corporations. I'm very lucky to be in this business and fortunate to work for myself. I've been in business officially since 2004, but have freelanced since 1992.

I went to college with the aspiration of becoming an illustrator. I've always loved to draw and paint and it was truly a dream job to me. Breaking into illustration was as tough as they said it was going to be. I've had some real breaks over the years and have illustrated for some cool companies like Klutz Press, Scholastic and Young and Rubicam. But graphic design still pays the bills.

I still long for hands on artistic release. So, by night I mess around with painting, ceramics, jewelry making and whatever new shiny craft sparks my interest that week. It keeps me sane and balances out the stress of running a small business.

Art is truly my life.
