A Minimalist Story of a Lifetime

I remember growing up watching my mother preparing her arts and crafts activities for her students at school. I´ve allways had the urge to investigate and create as well as the skill to work with my hands!! My first creation probably was a noodle necklace I made for her!

In my begginings I experimented and focused mainly in beaded jewelry. But my natural curiosity lead me to the study of different materials (metals, gemstones, bone, shells, wood) and different techniques in order to broaden my creative possibilities.
I´ve allways felt attracted to nature and its simple and minimalist designs which I try to recreate in my jewelry and photography, my other passion!

Lunaijewelry was born a year ago when I decided to show part of my creations to the internet community, but it is the result of many years of hard work selling my products in markets, fairs and local shops. Etsy allowed this jump from local to international customers giving me new horizons and challenges to keep the creative process alive and evolving!

►►RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
1) Contact me within three weeks of receiving your package if you would like to make a return.
2) In order to return ( includes allergic reactions, for reasons beyond the certified quality of our product) an item, you must ship the package back to me AT YOUR EXPENSE and has to be done IN A TIME LAPSE OF 30 DAYS (after receiving your package).
3) The item must be returned in an UNUSED CONDITION, and in its original package, otherwise, it will not be accepted.
If everything is correct I will then offer a refund of the purchase price of the item (WITHOUT SHIPPING COSTS). This also applies to exchanges for another item.
4) International Package Return, we don't assume Customs expenses.
We do not accept to pay Customs expenses in RETURN, they must be assumed by the client.
Check with your POST OFFICE before returning it.

►►LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Please, check the integrity of the package or envelope before signing to receive the order. We recommend refusing the package if it has been opened or has clear signs of have been opened and resealed. Note, the only authority allowed to open the package during the transit is local customs. All packages opened by local customs will be sealed with the corresponding stamp of the company.
If your items arrive damaged, please contact us and send us a picture. We'll work with you to come up with a solution on a case by case basis.

►►RETURNED MAIL
If a package is returned for the following reasons:
1) The address provided to us via Etsy by the buyer was not correct.
2) If the package once attempted to be delivered is unclaimed.

In these cases, we do not offer a refund.
We will offer the possibility to have the package re-shipped once postal services send it back to us. We will send a message to confirm shipping address, and the buyer will need to re-pay shipping and handling costs before we will send the package again
Payment
We accept PayPal as our primary method of payment or credit cards through Etsy's Direct Check Out processing. Orders paid through Etsy will show on your credit card bill as Etsy Brooklyn, NY.

If payment is not received within seven days, your order may be cancelled. Please contact me if you have any concerns.

In case we have any problems with the production of an item, we are in the right to cancel this item or the entire order, after having contacted and refunded our clients.

►►ATTENTION! All the orders will be shipped to the SHIPPING ADDRESS supplied through your Etsy Order. Please check this address is correct before finishing your check out. Lunaijewelry is not responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address, if the buyer supplied it. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct prior to finish the purchase.

►►Please allow 2 to 3 business days (Mon-Fri - excluding holidays) for your order to ship. Remember that the order will ship only when the payment has cleared.

►►Orders from USA, Canada, UK, Australi, New Zealand & Singapore will be shipped by STANDARD PRIORITY MAIL (Light LX), which provides you with a tracking number but doesn´t require your signature to be delivered (NO INSURANCE). We suggest you keep track of your package especially if you don´t have a mailbox or if you live in an apartment biulding.

►►Orders from France, Germany, Italy, Austia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Estonia, Latvia, Slovenia, Qatar, Vanuatu & U.S. Virgin Islands will be shipped by STANDARD PRIORITY MAIL (Light LX), which provides you with a tracking number but doesn´t require your signature to be delivered (NO INSURANCE). We suggest you keep track of your package especially if you don´t have a mailbox or if you live in an apartment biulding.

►►Orders from other European countries and the Rest of the World will be sent by REGISTERED MAIL which requires a signature to de delivered, provides tracking number and insurance. If you don´t want to sign for your package but want to keep track of it you can choose PRIORITY MAIL (Light LX) upgrade in your shipping options.

►►Orders from Spain will be sent by PAQ 72 service which requires a contact phone to arrange delivery.
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, must pay an extra plus ($ 7.00).

►►ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME:
USA / Canada : 15-30 Business days
Europe : 15 -25 Business days
Other Countries: 20 -40 Business days
Spain 2-10 Business days

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Before/After Christmas there use to be up to 3-5 weeks of delays (Nov 10th to Jan 20th). Shipping upgrade is available for European countries: Priority Shipping (Faster service, also with tracking number)

Since international mail is affected by several circumstances, we can't solve delivery delays cases, before a period of 30-40 days from shipping date. Please understand that, once the package is sent, transit times, custom delays, and delivery times are totally beyond our control

►► CUSTOMS AND DUTIES FEES
Buyers are responsible for any customs or duties fees that may apply. Sellers aren't responsible for delays due to customs or issues with postal services.

►►COURIER SERVICE
If you need your order to be delivered in less time than the above time frames, we offer two Courier systems.

* DHL courier service for european orders (delivery time: 24 to 48 hs) and for USA orders (delivery times: 4 to 5 working days depending on zip code). This service is also available for the rest of the world but the prices are higher, please consult. PHONE NUMBER and SIGNATURE required for delivery.

* EMS courier service to USA, Canada & Australian orders, (5 to 8 working days) requires PHONE NUMBER and SIGNATURE to be delivered! If you choose this service and your order is returned to us because you didn´t claim it you will have to assume the shipping costs of its return.

►►BACK-ORDERED ITEMS
When the item you purchased is currently out-of-stock it is not available to ship yet, and will ship around the approximated date shown on the listing. Please be aware that dates are approximate and are subject to change.
The approximate shipping dates for back-ordered items are indicated on each item's drop-down menu, and all dates are subject to change. Please note: Your entire order will ship together as soon as all items are ready for shipping. However, if you have any inconvenience with this and prefer to have the available items shipped first please let us know so we can sort it out. Anyways please consider placing a separate order for your back-ordered items if you prefer not to wait on them for the rest of your items to ship. Care instructions

All jewelry, except solid gold items, can and will most likely tarnish at some point. To prevent this from happening, or to slow it down, it is best to keep jewelry dry and away from lotions, perfumes, and any other low pH chemicals .
Some jewelry will also react with water that has chemicals in it, like pools or hot tubs. You can clean most jewelry with a jewelry polishing cloth (Never use it on gold plated jewelry). You can also use a cleaning solution safe for your jewelry's material (except jewelry with gemstones. It could hurt the stone.) Also be careful with any rings that have gemstones in it when using a cloth. Try to avoid stones.
