A Minimalist Story of a Lifetime

I remember growing up watching my mother preparing her arts and crafts activities for her students at school. I´ve allways had the urge to investigate and create as well as the skill to work with my hands!! My first creation probably was a noodle necklace I made for her!

In my begginings I experimented and focused mainly in beaded jewelry. But my natural curiosity lead me to the study of different materials (metals, gemstones, bone, shells, wood) and different techniques in order to broaden my creative possibilities.
I´ve allways felt attracted to nature and its simple and minimalist designs which I try to recreate in my jewelry and photography, my other passion!

Lunaijewelry was born a year ago when I decided to show part of my creations to the internet community, but it is the result of many years of hard work selling my products in markets, fairs and local shops. Etsy allowed this jump from local to international customers giving me new horizons and challenges to keep the creative process alive and evolving!

* We are happy to accept returns on any pieces within three weeks of delivery.

• What products can I return?

-To return ( includes allergic reactions, for reasons beyond the certified quality of our product) an item, you must ship the package back to me AT YOUR EXPENSE, and has to be done IN A TIME LAPSE OF 21 DAYS (after receiving your package).

• Personalized Jewelry

- Personalized jewelry cannot be exchanged or returned.

• What conditions must they meet?

*The item must be returned in the original package and UNUSED CONDITION, otherwise, it will not be accepted.

• What happens if I lost the packaging that I received from the seller?

In this case, we cannot accept your return. We apologize for any inconvenience caused but the product must be returned in the same condition as when it was sent.

• How much money is recognized from my return?

- Once your return is received, and have checked if the return meets the condition proposed in our return policy we will offer a refund of the purchase price of the item (WITHOUT SHIPPING COSTS). This also applies to exchanges for another item.

- In the event that your return requires us to pay fees, it will be deducted from the money to be returned to you. We attached the Correos Spain invoice detailing the amount of the fees to be paid.
We do not accept returns without the corresponding fees paid once your package has arrived at us.

*International Package Return, we are not responsible for Customs expenses.


* To the USA: For all returns, custom expenses must be paid by the buyer. For the experience of other clients, approximate costs are USD 12 customs fees + shipping. Please remember to send it with the import fees paid, if it does not come with the import fees paid, it is automatically rejected and returned to the sender.

Please, check with your POST OFFICE before returning your item.

• What is the protocol to return my purchase?

You must clearly write your full first and last name and also enter your order number.
It must be visible in the return package, we DO NOT accept returns that do not meet this requirement.


• Do I need to inform you of the tracking number?

Both the sender (us) and the recipient in case of return must provide a tracking number.
ONCE YOU HAVE STARTED YOUR RETURN YOU MUST PROVIDE US WITH A TRACKING NUMBER.

►►LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Please, check the integrity of the package or envelope before signing to receive the order. We recommend refusing the package if it has been opened or has clear signs of having been opened and resealed. Note, that the only authority allowed to open the package during transit is local customs. All packages opened by local customs will be sealed with the corresponding stamp of the company.
If your items arrive damaged, please contact us and send us a picture. We'll work with you to come up with a solution on a case-by-case basis.

If a package is returned for the following reasons:
1) The address provided to us via Etsy by the buyer was not correct.

Care instructions

All jewelry, except solid gold items, can and will most likely tarnish at some point. To prevent this from happening, or to slow it down, it is best to keep jewelry dry and away from lotions, perfumes, and any other low pH chemicals.
Some jewelry will also react with water that has chemicals in it, like pools or hot tubs. You can clean most jewelry with a jewelry polishing cloth (Never use it on gold-plated jewelry). You can also use a cleaning solution safe for your jewelry's material (except jewelry with gemstones. It could hurt the stone.) Also, be careful with any rings that have gemstones in them when using a cloth. Try to avoid stones.

Care instructions

Jewelry should always be stored away from any exposure to sunlight and away from heated places or high temperatures. The idea is in a padded jewelry box or in a zip-lock polyethylene bag. Do not use rubber or hard plastic containers as they will cause accelerated tarnishing of the parts and will likely cause the parts to blacken. We ask our clients not to store their jewelry in the bathroom or in places with humidity. Please note that LUNAIJEWELRY recycled cardboard boxes were designed to keep items in perfect condition during the shipping period, they are not airtight containers and discoloration may eventually appear with lack of use. Please recycle your cardboard box at the appropriate site in your community.

Care instructions

The gold plating is not guaranteed to last forever. Gold-plated models are more fragile and susceptible to discoloration over time. There are multiple factors for the loss of color: chemicals in the skin, the level of body sweating, the PH of the skin of each person. The causes are innumerable and for this reason, we advise taking special care with gold-plated jewelry.
For all this we recommend:
• Remove jewelry to sleep. Studies have shown that bedding softener chemistry can attack 24K gold.
• Do not expose your jewelry to water, such as showers, swimming pools, sea or river water, hot tubs, hot springs.
• Remove jewelry before any physical activity, body sweat can attack the gold plating.

All our jewels are designed and handmade in our workshop.
We work standard wire gauge: 20g (0.8mm).
Earring post length is 0.40 ”(10mm).
Stick earrings are 0.8mm.
Our designs are handmade, the footprint of the tools can be seen on each jewel; we do not make jewelry with machines or with a perfectly smooth surface. Instead, we adapt and customize our designs.
