Returns and exchanges
I do accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) and I will refund your money.
Payment
It is oh so nice to receive payment instantly, but I understand that situations do arise when this is not possible. If however payment is not received within three days of purchase and no communication as to why has been received, I will cancel the transaction and relist the item(s).
Shipping
I try to ship packages the day after payment is received. If that is not possible, I will let you know right away that shipping is going to be delayed. 99% of the time, it will be possible. The only exception is if a purchase is made and payment is received on a Friday. I then reserve the right to mail the package the following Monday.

If you are interested in upgrading to priority mail, please let me know before making your purchase and I will adjust the listing accordingly.
