Thank you so much LunaSativa! Perfect little keychain I bought as a gift; the elephant is a nice design and the rose quartz stone looks beautiful. Arrived before Christmas! :) Only thing was that shipping was much more expensive than I realized after checkout, my fault for not checking before buying, was worth it though.

What if a buyer puts the wrong shipping address and the item has already been shipped?
If a wrong address is used the buyer is responsible for the re-shipping fee when the item is returned to the seller. If the item does not get returned and is accepted at the wrong address the buyer will be responsible for repurchasing the item including the shipping fee to reshoot.
What is my item states it has been delivered but I have not received my package?
If USPS marks the package as delivered but you have not received the item please reach out regarding your concern. It could be that your package will be delivered the next day, a wrong address was provided, or the package may have been stolen.
If a refund is authorized will the original shipping fee be reimbursed?
The shipping fee is non-refundable.
Can I upgrade to a hypoallergenic sterling silver or gold option?

If I exchange my product will I have to pay to ship my item back and the re-shipping fee?
Yes, the customer has the responsibility to return the original item in new condition and purchase re-shipping back to LunaSavita and pay for the new item to ship.
