As I strive to create a unified experience for shoppers in my Etsy store, I'm realizing that my work looks very diverse at first glance. If you could walk into my personal studio you would find hand painted silk scarves using myriad dying methods, minimalist modern jewelry, intricate beaded items that look straight out of the Victorian era and silk fusion items with lots of machine embroidery and hand beading. You would also find watercolor painting, archaeological illustrations, sewn items and some recent collage, embroidery and acrylic work in progress.

There's no simple label you can put on my work or my "style" but anyone who looks closely and pays attention for long enough would notice that I have a relentless hunger for intricacy and detail. Even my "minimalist" jewelry items will include something with tiny, interesting detail - wood grain and speckled glaze or gemstones with interesting inclusions. Come in and enjoy the intricacy!

International customers are responsible for all duties and or customs fees. Please don't ask me to lie on the postage declarations sticker.
Refunds and Exchanges
I do my best to capture the color and luminosity of each bead and scarf by photographing each item against several backgrounds and in different lighting. The colors you see here are the best representation that I can achieve on my monitor. I understand that your monitor may display my photos differently. If you receive an item that you feel has been misrepresented in my photos, contact me immediately and we will work out a refund or exchange.

If you receive an items that was damaged during shipping, please contact the delivery provider. Delivery confirmation should help us avoid lost packages.

I use only high quality materials in my work and I never sell anything that I do not love. I test all of my designs and have been wearing the same kind of silks and jewelry that I sell here for years. Most items are quite durable for normal, respectful wear and those that require special care will come with instructions that speak to those needs. (For instance, scarves with fringe that includes long bugle beads are not toddler friendly. The beads can be broken and can result in damage to the scarf and the child.)

Having said that, do be aware that silk and jewelry are delicate. Rough handling or improper cleaning procedures can result in snags, tears, broken thread or beads, loss of beads and/or color, tangling of fringe, etc. I will repair any item that has broken under normal wear circumstances for one year after purchase but I am not responsible for repairing mishandled items.
Additional policies and FAQs
I love to do custom orders. Feel free to convo me!

I can offer a small discount on scarves and/or jewelry made as sets for wedding parties or similar celebrations. Legitimate wholesale inquiries are welcome. I require a 50% down-payment on any large orders (over $150 or 10 items) before I begin work.
