Payment is due at the time of purchase. Please note that Echeck payments placed through Paypal will not be shipped until cleared, typically it takes 3~5 days after the transaction.
I ship to your ETSY ADDRESS unless otherwise specified.
Please verify that your shipping address is correct. I will not be held responsible for items shipped to the wrong address.
All items will be securely packaged with gift box with ribbon wrapped ready for gift giving, enclosed in a bubble mailer to reach you.
I will ship multiple items in the same jewelry box. Please let me know if you need each individual item with separate box.
All orders will be shipped via Chunghwa Post Registered Mail with TRACKING NUMBER, so you can track shipment through your local post.
The tracking number is on your shipping notification.
The estimate delivery time is 10~20 business days, but in some cases it can take longer due to customs check, weather conditions, holiday season etc.
Thank you for your patience and understanding that any delays of the shipping company is beyond my control.
*** Registered Mail requires recipient's signature. If no one claims the parcel after 14 days, it may be returned to the sender.
Upgrades & Insurance:
Upgrades such as faster shipping and insurance are accepted at the expense of the buyer. Please convo me within 12 hours of purchase if requesting upgraded shipping.
The buyers will be responsible for any import duties,taxes, and VAT.
I do not have any control over the everywhere postal office systems once your package is shipped out. I can't take any responsibility for stolen, lost and late delivery.

Due to too many lost packages, I can no longer ship to Italy, Mexico, and Brazil. All orders from those countries will be cancelled and refund.
Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final unless the item you received is defective. If this happens please contact me asap before leaving a feedback. I will try my best to solve the problem.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping of the item.
