Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
We are aware that shoes can be a sensitive case when buying online, therefore we are aiming to perfect all of our description and photographs of the product as precise as possible.
The colors presented on the site are mostly as they are in real life, however it can appear slightly different in various laptops.
If your shoes arrive not as accepted, we will accept returns within 2-3 working days upon receiving your item, we will refund your payment. We cannot pay for shipping if an item is returned, the buyer will have to pay for it if returned.
Exchanges are on same terms as refunds.

We ship with Royal Mail, recorded delivery service, which takes up to 2-4 working days to the United Kingdom, and 4-7 working days to the USA, Canada or European destinations. If you would like a quote for any other destination, please contact us for further details.
