Please note:
While I do get proof of postage, once I posted your order is in the hands of the Royal Mail Gods and delivery times can vary. While Royal Mail often works wonders, there can occasionally be delays, frustrating I know! On their website, they recommend allowing up to 10 working days before any claims can be made. During this period, I'm afraid I won’t be able to offer refunds or replacements for cards that did not arrive/arrived late due to Royal Mail delays. 99% of the time they do arrive, so have faith!
