Shipping
We now ship to the European Union! Shipments are made via United States Postal Service. If you prefer UPS, FEDex or shipping insurance on your order, please email me so I can adjust shipping costs and plan accordingly.

Lurly is not responsible for lost, damaged, stolen packages, errors in shipping address on the part of the buyer or delays with customs when shipping internationally.

All orders are packaged and mailed weekly. If you need your package sooner, just let me know, I am happy to accommodate you.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be happy with your Lurly purchase. Items must be returned to me within 4 days of buyer receiving package. All items should be in the same condition as they were when shipped from seller with tags attached, unwashed, unstained and odor free. Each return/exchange is addressed individually, feel free to email me with questions. Please treat your Lurly items with care.

All fabrics are pre-washed and pre-shrunk for your convenience. If cleaning is needed, hand-wash in cold water or spot clean.
