Will I have to pay import taxes on my international order?
If you are ordering from outside the USA, it is likely that you will owe taxes in your home country. Each Country handles import taxes differently and it is hard for us to predict if/what you will be charged. Customers are responsible for any and all import fees or taxes to receive the package. These will be in addition to the shipping fees you pay and will be charged directly from you country customs office.
Do you offer other forms of shipping internationally?
Yes! We have several carriers we use for international shipping that are not automatically offered on Etsy. We often also ship via UPS and DHL internationally. These services are often more expensive, but can offer better tracking and quicker delivery times. If you are interested in other shipping options, just message us and we will work with you.
How long will international shipping take?
This will very depending on location. Etsy calculates estimated shipping at checkout. Be patient and prepared for 2-6 weeks shipping time if you chose standard shipping.
