The item was delivered very swiftly, seller also added a personal touch, I am more than pleased with my choker it is gorgeous. I will be sending a picture when I wear it for my prom. Thank you x

I accept payment by PayPal. My PayPal account accepts most credit/debit cards.Payment is due at time of purchase.

*Just a note about using PayPal: PayPal will allow you to use their secure site as a "guest" even if you do not have a PayPal account. {I will never see your credit card information during the transaction. I thought this was important to share with all customers}.
I ship internationally.
All of the products listed are already made (unless otherwise specified) and I start the shipping process as soon as the payment clears (within 2 business days, I’ll do my best to send it quick!).

If you wish a faster or different way of shipping, please contact me before you place your order so we can talk options :) also, the shipping prices mentioned do not include insurance or tracking fees. ( If you would like insurance and a tracking number, convo me before you place the order so I can check for you how much it will cost).
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please convo me immediately, it is important for me to know why.

If you don't like the item, I will refund your purchase price excluding shipping charges, when I receive the item back. You must send the item back to me as soon as possible, (please attach a proof of package delivery, date and time). The returned item must be NEW and UNUSED and in its original wrapping and package.

All refund claims are subject to my discretion. If a fault is found, the item can be repaired, replaced or credited. (I will be fair).

**Repairs: If your piece needs repair, please contact me, and together we will decide what to do.

**I do my best to RE-USE and RECYCLE shipping materials such as boxes, wrapping, foam, etc… but don’t worry! Your item will come packaged in a new, clean and pretty wrapping or jewelry box as for a gift (larger pieces may come packaged differently but still beautifully).

**i try to use earth-friendly resources as much as i can, be it repurposed materials, reused packages or any other way...
