Announcement   I work full-time on top of running my Etsy shop. I love it so much, I don't want to give it up now that I've gone back to working full-time. While I do everything I can to stick to my turnaround time (of 4 weeks), it is an estimation. Occasionally, I might ship it a few days late. If I do, I'm very sorry. Please be understanding. I do everything I can to get orders out on time, but sometimes I get a large influx of orders and just can't. If anything is ever going to be more than a few days late (extremely rare and usually a problem with the fabric, etc.), I will always message the buyer to let them know.

Check out my other shop The Craft Destash. I'm selling a ton of crafting, sewing, and jewelry making supplies at really, REALLY low prices. :) https://www.etsy.com/shop/thecraftydestash

***Please read my policies as almost every question you have can be answered there. By ordering from me, you acknowledge that you understand my policies.***

The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs including customs fees. Most countries have an import tax and the buyer is responsible for paying any and all customs fees. I have zero control over those charges. I do not know how much they will be nor am I responsible for paying for them. I'm sorry, it's totally out of my hands, and I do not give refunds for customers unaware of or unwilling to pay customs charges. If you have questions about this, please ask your local mail/post office. They should be able to answer any questions.

I'm honored to have had my shop featured on:
Good Day Sacramento (tv interview!), Geeks are Sexy, So Geek Chic, The Mary Sue, Fashionably Geek, That's Nerdilicious, and many more awesome geek blogs.

I've also had my items featured in Jane Austen Knits (an annual magazine) and on Good Day Sacramento (a tv interview!).

While the stitching of the skirt was fine, the material was much thinner and of lower quality than expected for the price. It will be necessary to wear leggings under this skirt. Also, I had requested the longest length possible, which was still quite short. The item is more appropriate for teens/young women than an older woman. The seller did deliver in a timely manner and did incorporate the playbills requested, which was appreciated.

Love this scarf! I adore the map print and the length is perfect. The seller was very kind, communicated well, and shipped my item nicely. Such a special, cool, Narnia memento!

Cancellation policy

Cancellations need to be requested within 24 hours of ordering because once I order the fabric, I can only give you a partial refund (minus the cost of the fabric).

Sizing details

Each listing includes a size chart.

Care instructions

For best results, we recommend washing with phosphate free detergent in cool water using a gentle or delicate machine cycle. Line dry and iron them on a cotton or polyester setting as needed.

Slight fading as a result of cleaning is typical for the printed fabrics. This is most notable on darker shades. Front loading washers contribute to color loss due to the increased tumbling action during cleaning. Fading can be minimized through use of cool wash settings and gentle wash cycles.

All of my items are printed using professional grade printers.

Processing time.

I work full-time on top of running my Etsy shop. I love it so much, I don't want to give it up now that I've gone back to working full-time. While I do everything I can to stick to my 3-4 week turnaround time, it is an estimation.

Shipping

DOMESTIC ORDERS are shipped Priority and usually arrive within 2-4 business days. Insurance up to $50 is automatically included. If you would like additional insurance, contact me for pricing.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS usually take 2-4 weeks to arrive but that time can vary based on customs.

Customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, handling fees, etc.) may be charged upon delivery and required to obtain your order. These fees are NOT included in your shipping charges as I have NO WAY of paying them on my end. If you have any questions about the customs fees, please speak to your local mail/post office.

Refund policy

Please understand that I'm a small, at home business. I have a very strict refund policy because the cost of the materials I use is so high.

I only accept returns in cases where I messed up or there is a flaw/defect in the item. If that happens, you must contact me within 7 days of receiving the item. I must have the item in my hands within 14 days of you contacting me. For international orders, the shipping label must have been generated within 10 days of contacting me.

Non-refundable: washed/worn items, rush fees, or custom orders.

I do not provide refunds or send out a replacement item if the tracking number shows DELIVERED.

All return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item sent was incorrect or defective.

Additional infomation

Items are handmade, so they may vary some from the pictures. Also, colors may vary from pictures due to lighting. I try to use pictures that show the truest colors or add an extra description when pictures aren't completely obvious. If you're not sure, please ask before placing the order.

All of my skirts are made in a full skirt style with an exposed elastic waistband.

Skirts can also be worn wherever you'd like on your waist. I have customers wear them high, mid, and low. I wear mine at my belly button, but it is just personal preference. Please take that into consideration when deciding on length. The point of an elastic, full skirt is that it offers the wearer so many options in terms of wear.
