We only control the date in which we complete making your item(s), which will be within 5-7 Business Days (excluding Weekends and U.S. Federal Holidays) BEFORE shipping occurs.

Customers may follow-up directly with the USPS using the USPS Tracking Number we will email after items have shipped.

If customers need more tracking details than what is displayed via the USPS Tracking Link they receive, buyers can call any USPS location directly, provide the attendant with their Tracking Number and ask them for further information as to when the USPS will deliver the item in question.

Shipping fees paid at check-out are rendered to the USPS for their shipping services, therefore, the USPS is solely responsible for the successful transportation / delivery of items because they were paid to perform this task via the shipping fees.

We offer USPS Priority and Express Shipping at check-out - these are expedited shipping methods AND include up to $100 of insurance against loss / damage with the USPS.

If your item is lost / damaged and you purchased USPS Priority / Express Shipping - the customer must file a claim with the USPS directly and await their decision since the USPS would be issuing the payment for the lost / damaged items that were in their possession.

Please keep in mind that any complaints that are related to the USPS and their shipping services is not related to our Shop / our items / our services and we appreciate that being excluded from reviews of our item(s).

2) Was your order carefully packaged?

We LUV our items very much and want to make sure they reach our customers safely. Therefore, we pack all items in boxes (not bags) and wrap them carefully in bubble wrap.

In addition, all items are gift wrap ready, making each shipment a sweet treat to open, and all shipping materials can be recycled :)

3) Did the item(s) you purchased reflect what is stated in our Item Descriptions / Materials used?

We suggest reviewing Item Descriptions / Materials Used before leaving your feedback / ratings - do not rely on images alone to make a final review because item colors can appear differently on different browsers / devices being used to view our items.

From the Haight to Blossoms with LUV!

Kitty Katrina Designer / Creator, Kat, moved to the San Francisco Bay Area when she was 7 years old and became inspired by the diverse fashions that surrounded her. She started mixing and matching styles she found on Haight-Ashbury and Telegraph Avenue, which eventually led her to study design / styling and create flower hair accessories.

Now based in Las Vegas, Nevada, Kat has been designing a variety of flower hair accessories for nearly 20 years, which are a reflection of pop-culture and a combination of fashion genres she fell in LUV with while living in the Bay Area, such as BoHo, Kawaii, Rave, Couture, Punk, Pin-up, Hi-Fi and more.

Kat has discovered that flower hair accessories compliment any and every outfit for all occasions. Whether you're wearing your favorite bohemian fashion; dancing at a festival; getting married; flashing your pin-up style; dressing in costume; getting ready for a cosplay adventure, or just taking a "selfie" - a flower hair accessory will make you stand-out because everyone LUVs the girl / woman with flowers in her hair!

What makes our items unique compared to other hair accessories found online is that ours use high quality materials, such as premium silk fabric flowers and eco-friendly supplies. Also, all of our listings / flower hair accessories are either made-to-order and / or allow buyers to customize their accessory directly within the Item Listing / Description, which makes each hair accessory one-of-a-kind and made especially for you! We would LUV to hear from you to make further customizations as well.

Also, why do we keep using the word "LUV" in this story instead of "LOVE"? The word "LUV" has special meaning for Kat because she believes that by spreading "love," we can make this world a happier place :) Sounds corny but it's true! Kat spreads her love through her custom flower creations so people can always feel happy and beautiful in our accessories, and she spells the word differently - LUV - because this is her special signature to symbolize her mission: to always spread the love with every accessory made / shipped (or for us...the LUV)!

Sizing details

Kitty Katrina accessories that use tie bands can fit most head sizes since you can adjust the tie bands to a specific head size / shape. Our traditional headbands fit most head sizes.

Please keep in mind that headband sizing / comfort / appearance is subjective and in the end, it is impossible for us to know if any of our tie bands / headbands will fit and be considered "comfortable / stylish" for any head shape / size.

We can say that in terms of comfort / appearance - our staff and designer wear her creations regularly and find them extremely comfortable / stylish from our perspective :)

Our items are not designed for babies, infants, toddlers nor pets as they contain small decorations that could be a choking hazard.

Custom and personalized orders

What makes our Shop unique is that ALL of our items are made-to-order / customized to the buyer's specifications.

Therefore, it is very important to read our Item Descriptions (found below Item Display Images) because they will tell you how to let us know what types of customizations you want on your accessory.

Failure to provide what we request in Item Descriptions will cause orders to be delayed / canceled.

Contact us for any additional customizations before purchasing - we are happy to offer suggestions / pricing :)

Buyers must approve all customizations where necessary in writing.

Care instructions

Care Instructions for item(s) are included with shipments.

In general, avoiding water / unnecessary force is all that is required to keep our hair accessories in beautiful condition :)

We are not responsible if our items are mistreated by individuals and are ruined as a result, this includes, but is not limited to: pulling on the flowers, applying unnecessary force to LEDs lights, removing the beads, forcefully yanking on the tie strap, etc.

We cannot be held responsible for issues that may occur with item(s) months / years after receiving it.

General wear is normal with any product / accessory that is placed / used on your body, which includes hair accessories.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We beautifully wrap / package all items carefully for safe transportation through the USPS.

We photograph all accessories / take video footage of LED Lights as proof that all items are mailed in beautiful / working condition.

In the small chance item(s) become lost / damaged during shipment, please contact the USPS as they are responsible for the successful transportation / delivery of items in their possession.

U.S. Buyers: If you purchased USPS Priority / Express Shipping, you will receive up to $100 of insurance against loss / damage. If an item is lost / damaged by the USPS and you purchased one of these two shipping methods, you must file a claim with the USPS since they would be issuing payment for the lost / damaged items.

Item Descriptions / Item Display Images

Each flower / design element used is unique and because all designs are made-to-order and / or customized to the buyer's unique specifications, each accessory will vary slightly.

With that being stated - Item Descriptions / Display Images for each listing in our Shop are made as specific as possible considering that each item is made-to-order and / or customized.

While we always strive for perfection in Display Images, some colors / textures may appear slightly different on different devices / browsers used to view items.

Therefore, if you have any questions about Item Descriptions / Display Images - please send us a message before purchasing - we are happy to help!

All items are handmade in a smoke-free studio space.

Cancellations

We offer a 3-Hour Cancellation Policy. This means you can cancel your order and receive a FULL refund within 3-Hours after your purchase is complete.

This policy is strictly enforced only because all items in our Shop are made-to-order and / or customized to the buyer's unique specifications.

This means that once any part of your item is designed, the supplies are permanently used to fulfill your unique order and cannot be used for anything else.

Returns / Exchanges

Because each item in our Shop is made-to-order / customized to the buyer's unique specifications - all items are Final Sale - no returns nor exchanges are offered at this time.

This policy is normal for any online merchant that specializes in made-to-order / custom items. We realize that this policy may not agree with all buyers, in which case we respect if you choose not to shop with us.

If items are returned to our Shop for any reason, they will be shipped back at the customer's expense OR a 20% or greater restocking fee will be imposed. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Buyers are 100% responsible for reading Item Descriptions (found below Item Display Images), reviewing Shop Policies and asking any questions before purchasing.

United States Processing / Shipping

Because all items are handmade / made-to-order / customized, we have a Processing Period of 5-7 Business Days BEFORE items are shipped (excludes Weekends and U.S. Federal Holidays).

We offer Flat Rate USPS First Class (FREE Standard, 3-7 Business Days), Priority (2-5 Business Days) and Express (2-3 Business Days ) Shipping options during check-out.

Once an order has shipped, USPS tracking will be emailed to you.

Please use the tracking number and follow-up with the USPS regarding delivery. We cannot guarantee and do not have any control over the USPS's delivery times.

USPS Priority and Express Shipping include up to $100 of insurance against loss / damage. If you need additional insurance, contact us before purchasing.

International Processing / Shipping

Because all items are handmade / made-to-order / customized, we have a Processing Period of 5-7 Business Days BEFORE items are shipped (excludes Weekends and U.S. Federal Holidays).

We offer Flat Rate USPS First Class (Standard, 2-4 Weeks), Priority (6-10 Business Days) and Express (3-5 Business Days) Shipping options during check-out.

Customs processing can be unpredictable sometimes - expect up to 6 weeks or longer for orders to arrive. We do not control customs and cannot guarantee arrival dates of international shipments.

Once your order has shipped, tracking will be emailed to you. Insurance is not included.
