Toronto Artist - the Creative Chick!

I'm Stephanie, a freelance artist, yogi and reiki practitioner living in Toronto, Canada. I've always been crafty. It's in my blood and in my soul. My purpose in life is to bring beauty to others' lives with my various creations.

I studied fine arts, digital media and cartooning in college and graduated with honours... but that was a long time ago! Now I am using my creative talents by dedicating my time and energy on my clients' needs. Although I love to express myself and get messy with paints of all sorts (guache, watercolours and acrylics, more specifically), my newest passion is getting into a meditative state of focus and creating jewelry using semi-precious gemstones and healing Reiki energy. I'm also professionally trained in website and graphic design and have several years of experience working in the corporate world.

I have two beautiful and energetic children who keep me busy most days and I enjoy spending my spare moments playing softball in the summer, and practicing yoga and meditation the rest of the year!

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept exchanges
Contact me within: 5 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
I don't accept returns or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please let me know immediately. If you notify me in advance, the item may be exchanged (or modified) within 7 days of receipt of purchase (determined by the postage date on the envelope). The item must be in its original condition and in the original packaging. You will be responsible for the shipping cost for your side of the exchange, and I will pay the shipping to return it back to you.

Please do not return an item without letting me know first.

Shipping fees are nonrefundable.

If for some reason the item does not fit, please contact me and I will work out a way we can adjust it for you. If there are any allergies to certain types of metals (for earrings), please let me know prior to ordering as I may be able to accommodate a request for modification.
Payment
I currently accept Pay-Pal as a payment method, and if you do not have a Pay-Pal account you can still use your credit/debit card to pay for your order. Orders will be processed at time of payment, which is due upon checkout. Orders that have not been paid for within 72 hours will be cancelled and the item will go back into the inventory.
Shipping
All in stock items will ship via Canada Post within 1-3 business days after receipt of payment. Orders placed on a weekend are generally shipped on the following Monday.

Packages within Canada take about 4-5 business days. International orders (including orders to the USA) usually arrive within 3 weeks, however in rare cases it can take as long as 6-8 weeks to get to you. Please contact me if you would like to arrange for a faster shipping option.
