Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not happy you may return your item for a purchase price refund or exchange with in 5 days of receiving the item. *PLEASE NOTE * Monogrammed items, and custom items are NOT refundable. Please return the unused item in original condition and with a paid receipt/packing slip. (I cannot accept worn bows, or mechandise which has been damaged in the return process, i.e. bows smashed in an envelope. Bows must be packaged in a BOX for me to accept the return.) Tracking information is recommened, please e-mail me for return address.
