I love shopping for lovely gemstones, love the feel and the look of these luscious beads. I hand pick every strand of gemstones in my shop. As well as the more popular gemstones, I am always looking for unique and rare gemstones, those that are tucked away in the vendors glass case.

Payment

I accept PayPal or Direct Check Out only.

Shipping

PLEASE NOTE, I ONLY SHIP TO THE ADDRESS ON ETSY. If your shipping address is different from your ETSY address, please note ON ORDER under Note to seller. A convo is not sufficient for advising of new address.

PRIORITY MAIL & PRIORITY EXPRESS MAIL - available at an additional cost.

INSURANCE: Insurance is FREE for orders over $50 (not including shipping).
Orders under $50 - available at Checkout ... $1.25 USA... $1.50 INTERNATIONAL.

TRACKING INFORMATION:
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS - Tracking NOT available outside of USA
USA ORDERS - emailed to you at time of shipment.

Refunds and Exchanges

PLEASE CHECK ALL ITEMS UPON RECEIPT - Any questions or concerns regarding the order should be messaged to me within 5 days of delivery.
NO ADJUSTMENTS AFTER 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT

RETURNING ITEMS - MUST be returned within 7 days of delivery. This date is noted on tracking info.... NO RETURNS ACCEPTED after 7 days .

*Strands should not be cut.
*Return must be in original packaging.
*Return must be in original condition
*Return must include whole lot of listing (no splitting of refund for partial listing)
*Return must include a note with your full name, date of order, reason for return and any special requests or instructions (exchange or refund, larger size, etc).
*Returns without this note will NOT be processed.

Shipping & insurance are not refundable and buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Note: A refund or exchange CANNOT be issued until item is returned to my shop.
