for special orders, refunds on deposits will not be returned. if you don't like the finished item, we can talk about and see what we will do from there. i have never had anyone unhappy with a custom order that wasn't easily tweakable. just ask, i will do my best to make it is you want it.
i ship priority in the united states, i prefer to insure packages worth more than $75, but it is up to you. if the package does not arrive, i am not responsible for any uninsured packages.
i am happy to ship international, again, i cannot do anything if the package does not arrive. you can insure your package but it is costly. just ask.
