Thank you for visiting Luxe Artifacts. Please note that all of our items are vintage and will not be in new condition unless specified as such. Even freshly lacquered or refinished pieces will likely have small imperfections throughout. Anything beyond typical wear will be noted. Please feel free to request additional photos and a complete condition report prior to purchasing.

Payment
PAYMENT METHODS: Direct Checkout through Etsy is accepted for shipped items. Items picked up locally can be paid for with cash or credit. We do not accept personal checks or money orders.

DEADLINES: Transactions not paid for within 12 hours of purchase will be canceled and the item will be re-listed. Items marked for freight shipping must be scheduled with a shipper within 2 business days after purchase.

CANCELLATION POLICY: A 10% fee will apply to unshipped items when canceling a transaction after 48 hours. Items marked for freight shipping must be scheduled with a shipper within 2 business days after purchase or the items may be re-listed and sold to another buyer. We implement this policy to prevent holds. Transactions can not be cancelled after items have shipped.

Items marked for freight shipping that are not picked up or at least scheduled for pick up within 21 days are forfeited by the buyer, unless other arrangements have been agreed upon.

TAX: Arizona residents will be charged 8.6% sales tax.
Shipping
FREE SHIPPING: Items marked with free shipping are shipped free in the United States. For international buyers, please convo for a shipping quote.

STANDARD SHIPPING: All items unless otherwise noted will be shipped within 1-3 business days of clearing payment. A signature may be required upon delivery. For large and delicate items that require substantial packing to safely ship, packing material costs may be included in the shipping price.

LOCAL DELIVERY: For large or delicate items, personal delivery arrangements can be made within Arizona, schedule permitting. Please convo to discuss.

LOCAL PICK UP: Free local pick up from our warehouse in Phoenix is welcome. Please convo to make arrangements.

GREYHOUND: Furniture pieces less than 100 lbs which we are able to safely package can be shipped with Greyhound PackageXpress for economical shipping. With Greyhound, you are required to pick up your package at your local Greyhound station once notified of its arrival. Packaging materials to safely ship items will be included in the shipping price. FREIGHT SHIPPING: Buyer arranged shipping with the full service carrier of buyer's choice and at buyer's expense is more than welcome as we do not have the resources to palletize, crate and ship large items. Please convo us with your zip code if you would like us to obtain a quote on your behalf.

INSURANCE: Items shipped via FedEx, UPS, USPS or Greyhound will be covered up to their maximum value as per each shipper's guidelines. When using your own arranged shipping method for freight items, please review their policies and purchase additional insurance if necessary. We are not responsible for damage to items shipped freight.

INTERNATIONAL: Shipping outside of the United States will be considered on a case by case basis so please convo to discuss and get a shipping quote. We are not responsible to customs fees. We are unable to ship freight items outside of the continental United States.
Refunds and Exchanges
REFUNDS: All sales are "as is" and final. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase so we will do our best to accurately describe items and take pictures that best represent their condition. Feel free to request additional photos. Please note that colors are approximate due to variations in computer monitors.

Please feel free to ask any questions you may have prior to making a purchase and understand that we sell vintage pieces which have been around for 20 to 80 years. Even newly refinished items will have imperfections.

DAMAGES: We will package items to help ensure their safe arrival, however accidents beyond our control can still happen during shipping. For items shipped with FedEx, UPS, or USPS, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery if items arrive damaged. Additionally, damaged items and their packing materials must be photographed for us to file a claim. Please do not throw anything away, including all packaging materials, in the event the shipping company requires the item(s) be picked up and the packaging inspected. Refunds cannot be given until the claim has been processed by the shipping company. Please do not return the item directly to us as that will forfeit the insurance and a refund will not be given.

For items damaged in freight please contact your shipper to file a claim. We will be happy to help with anything you may need from our end.
Additional policies and FAQs
GLASS TABLE TOPS: Table bases with glass tops can be shipped without glass, however there will be no reduction in the listed price. If you would like to purchase a table without the glass to save on your shipping costs please make a note on your purchase order.

LIGHTING: All sold lighting will be in working order however rewiring may be necessary for safety. Please consult your electrician. Bulbs are not included with light fixtures.
