BUYER BEWARE! This woman is a flake, a liar and does not care about her customers, she is simply out to make a quick buck. Ordered a bridal sash in February 2012 and sent it back as I needed to extend the beading to wrap all the way around. She received the sash in March, promised to have it done in 2 weeks, it is now May 14 and my wedding is in 18 days, I STILL do not have my sash back. Hahn, the shop owner, has ignored countless messages and after numerous attempts of getting hold of her she said promised to express ship my sash in order for it to arrive in time for my wedding. The sash should have arrived days ago, I messaged her today and of course, no response! I have never in my life encountered such an unprofessional, dishonest person. Given she works in the business of bridal accessories and knows that a woman's wedding day is the biggest day of her life, you would think she would understand the timeliness on delivering her orders. Payment
Payment must be made via Paypal and is due within the same day of purchase. If you do not have a Paypal account, you can still pay using your debit or credit card. All payments will be processed through Paypal.
Shipping
For U.S. orders - All items (except garters) will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days) with delivery confirmation. Insurance is available for an additional fee. If you need a rush shipment, please contact for pricing. Garters will be shipped via First Class Mail with delivery confirmation.

For International orders - Items will be shipped via USPS Air Mail (6-10 business days but can take up to 3 weeks or longer depending on customs in your country). No tracking is available for this shipping method. Express International shipping (3-5 business days with tracking) is available at an additional cost, please contact for pricing prior to making your order.

We cannot be held responsible for items which may be lost or damaged in transit, once we hand the packages to the Post Office. If you are concerned about lost or damaged items, please consider adding insurance to your order, please contact for pricing.

If the wrong address is provided and the package is returned to sender, the buyer must pay the shipping cost to have it sent to the correct address. Please be sure to double check your shipping address.

Items are shipped in a tissue filled gift box. All items are shipped gift ready.
