Welcome to LUXE Oil Essentials

Welcome to LUXE Oil Essentials. Working with my hands, creating art with various mediums and making handmade gifts has always been a passion of mine.

My working career has been in retail management which isn’t much of a creative outlet. In early 2017 I was introduced to Young Living Essential Oils which are quite magical. They made me look at things I used in my everyday life in a different way.

Once my son was born in 2017 it gave me the drive to pursue something fun that I could truly be passionate about, something that potentially could give me the opportunity to be a stay at home mom. LUXE Oil Essentials was born. Combining my love of essential oils for healthy, toxin-free living and all things pretty and functional.

Custom and personalized orders

Orders can be completely customized. If there is a particular font or image you would like to use, send me a message and I will let you know its suitability for the chosen application.

Wholesale availability

If you are looking for larger quantities of items please send a message and I'd be happy to give you a quote.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I got my tracking information, but when I click on it, no information is available.

Tracking info is sent out when your package is labeled, but the carrier's website only updates once the package has been scanned into the system and their computer system has had time to update. Please allow 24 hrs for your tracking information to become available on individual carrier websites.

My package says it was delivered, but I didn't get it! What do I do?

If your tracking info says your package was delivered, but you don't have it, please do the following before contacting us (we don't have any more information than you do):

Ask your neighbors if they may have gotten it by accident.
Consider if someone else in your household might have picked it up or received it and put it somewhere unexpected.
Look around at all the doors of your house (sometimes packages get left at a side door or porch, or fall off the steps).
Talk to your postal carrier and your local post office to see if they have any more information.

When will I get my order?

Processing time varies for each item in our shop. Please read the listing description to find these times. Also, please remember that both processing and shipping times are listed in business days which do not include holidays or weekends.

Estimates for the time a package will take to get to you are available at checkout, but these estimates are not guarantees. If you require a guaranteed delivery date, please message me prior to placing your order.

My item(s) arrived broken/damaged, help?

Sometimes the postal carriers are less than careful with packages than we’d like. If anything you ordered appears on your doorstep broken, please don’t panic! It doesn’t happen very often, but we know it’s frustrating. Please just send us a photo of the damage and the packaging if possible so that we can make improvements in the future, and we’ll get a replacement sent out right away.
