An ever evolving inspired collection of home decor and accessories

Hi I'm Lindsey, and I run the show over here at LuxeStarling, with my little helper Tipton, the naked cat.

I started my shop 9 years ago out of a passion for thrifting, and an appreciation for all things vintage. For as long as I can remember, I have always loved the thrill of the hunt, and have had a passion for collecting. I grew up in a collected household full of vintage and hand made, where everything had a story, and nothing was new, so it came naturally to me to seek out unique items. I feel its really important that your home looks and feels as unique as you are, and what better way than through collecting one of a kind pieces?

I’m always looking for vintage that speaks to, and inspires me. At this point, I really only source items that I would personally have in my own home. My hope is that you find something special that speaks to you, and your home becomes more inspiring because of it. Don't buy your decor, collect it!

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and cancellations
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase
I don't accept exchanges
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
Due to the one of a kind nature of vintage items, exchanges are not offered. Returns will be accepted within 3 days of delivery, and buyer has 7 days to return items. Buyer pays return shipping. Refund will be given after item has been received. However, refunds on original shipping are not refunded.

Cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of purchase. However, after the package has been shipped, no cancellation can be made.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me before leaving feedback so that we may correct any unsatisfactory situation.
Shipping

Items are usually shipped on Fridays. Occasionally, I am able to ship sooner, and do so when I can, so that your package gets to you in a timely manner. You will receive an email with your estimated arrival date (within the US) once your package has shipped.

All mail ships with a tracking number, only priority mail ships with insurance. If you would like to include insurance on first class mail, please contact me for price.

Items that are fragile will be packaged carefully, and marked as such on the package. However, sometimes items are damaged due to USPS handling. Please contact me with any issues.
Additional policies and FAQs
Please make sure that the address on file with Etsy is accurate, as it is difficult, if not impossible, to track packages after they have been sent out. And surprise! The USPS is usually unhelpful with these types of situations. In the event that we do find ourselves in this situation though, I will, of course, make every attempt to help. Although, this is a good way to waste everyone's time.
