Shop policies

Most of my creations are one of a kind.

But you can convo me first to ask for special items. If I can do it, I will do.

Accepted payment methods

  • Pay with Visa
  • Pay with Master Card

  • Pay with Discover
  • Pay with PayPal
I only accept PayPal payment.
Please pay within 3 days of purchase.

I do use paypal shipping, so please make sure that your address and email in paypal are correct before paying. I am not responsible if you do not update your information and there are delays in shipping.
- Shipments are sent via "Correos España" by Registered mail service (except in those items where I clarify that on description the price of the shipment is by the standard service, or if you ask for: convo me before purchase). I will provide to you a tracking number to "Correos España" web page to verified the shipping status.

-Delivery time is 3-4 days in Spain ,6-8 days for the rest of Europe ,8-15 for the States and Australia(note that sometimes depending on the destination ,they can take a little longer, around 20 or 30 days).

- International buyers, you may be charged with customs fees/taxes when items arrive. If so, I won't be responsible for those fees.

* I will not be responsible for lost items sent by the standard service.
Refunds and Exchanges
Not refunds or exchanges will be accepted. Be sure you place the right order, please.

Refund will be done if wrong item was shipped or in excepcional happens. In these cases, please let me know with in one week of receiving the item. (Please DO NOT leave neutral or negative feedback without first contacting me to try to resolve it!)
Buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Additional policies and FAQs
- All items will be nicely wrapped and sent in bubble envelopes or bubble wrap so they won´t get damaged.
