THE PERFECT GIFT

All jewelry arrives in a white cotton lined jewelry box wrapped in ribbon.

If you see something that you like, but it is the wrong size, please do not hesitate to contact me. In most cases I can shorten a piece. I can also substitute sterling silver ear wires in cases where copper is an issue. Lastly, I can substitute silver plated clip-on for no additional charge. In a nutshell I can accommodate all women.

Returns and exchanges
If for some reason the jewelry piece isn't all that you hoped it to be, I will gladly give you a refund. Please contact me within three days of receiving your order. I will accept returns in their original condition in their original gift box minus the shipping cost. Return shipping is the buyers responsibility.

Please rest assured that all earring hooks and posts are NEW.

Because of the nature of custom orders, they are non refundable.

Shipping
I ship all jewelry in a padded envelope USPS first class. I get delivery confirmation on all items shipped within the US. Any rush shipping will require additional cost.

I will send your item either same day or the next business day. If you purchase more than one item at a time, there will be no additional postage charges.

Please note, I am not responsible for any customs charges that may occur upon receiving an item in your country. Customs taxes, if any, are solely buyer's responsibility.

I enjoy working on custom designed pieces with customers. If you see something that you like, but perhaps want a different color or something changed in the style, I am more than happy to work with you. I also enjoy working with jewelry for the wedding and creating matching sets to compliment the bride.

I can easily adjust the size of most of my pieces. If you need something to be made smaller or bigger, convo me before purchase. There may be a day delay in mailing, but in most cases I can do this quite quickly for you.
