Found My Tie to Tailoring
I'm a veteran of the US Navy and my wife and I started Lord Wallington in 2013. When I left the service I had to reinvent myself and in that journey (which is always a work in progress) I found that I had an eye for style. I bought myself a sewing machine and taught myself how to sew while working full time, and finishing my college degree. After meeting my wife, she motivated me to pursue Lord Wallington as a full time business. Without her Lord Wallington would not exist. The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If we agree on a return, all returns must be received within 30 days from the day you received it. Please ensure that all returned items are unused. If items don’t comply with these conditions I won’t be able to accept them back and you will become their forever home. Once I receive the returned item I will process the refund (minus shipping costs - those cannot be refunded) as soon as possible but no later than 10 business days.
Lastly, you can opt for an exchange if an item is defective if you would like. If so interested, please convo me about the intended exchange.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - The most cost effective international shipping is 1st class international mail. While it is slow it is also the least expensive. There is no delivery tracking available for international 1st class shipping from the US so I will not be responsible for anything that does not clear customs or that does not get delivered to you. Any duty taxes, custom fees or other fees or taxes will be the buyers' responsibility. All shipping costs are estimated and everything over $1.00 will be reimbursed.
LOST OR DAMAGED - Please understand that I will not be responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the mail. While I do my best to properly wrap my products shipping insurance is advisable - if so desired please let me know and I will include (unless otherwise specified in the product description, buyer will be responsible for shipping insurance) .
