T-shirts may be washed and dryed on low. Garters and harnesses should be handwashed or blotted with a damp cloth and air dryed to retain elasticity. Lingerie should be handwashed or washed on the lightest setting of your washing machine. Any lingerie that contains elastic should be air dryed to retain elasticity. In the event a collar or choker needs to be washed please handwash or blot with a damp cloth. Air dry. Tutus should be blotted with a damp cloth. Do not submerge tutus in water or put in a washing machine or they will lose their poof. If you have any questions about the care of a specific item...Feel free to message me!!

Items for Pet Play, CGL, BDSM, & ABDL related activity (including modeling & photography) must be purchased and used by those who are 18 or older only. Items include collars, cuffs, harnesses, lingerie, and other kink gear.

Any item in my store must be purchased by those 18+ regardless of intended use.

I normally sell ears, tutus, clothing items, Halloween items, and some jewelry at public festivals with my friend under her shop's name, Sea Turtle Whimsy, or under my vanilla shop, Lycan Loot, to avoid exposing minors to my 18+ shop. I do not sell collars and harnesses at these events.

Etsy does not allow the return of "Intimate Items" including lingerie, sex toys, and kink items. New, unopened items that fail to arrive will be restocked and the payment refunded. Any opened package is now considered a "used" intimate item and cannot be returned! If you need help with sizing please contact me before ordering!! If you do order the wrong size items may or may not be able to be altered. Please contact me with any problems.

Sometimes tracking errors occur but the item arrives on time nontheless.
If you believe an item is late or missing please call your local post office with your tracking number! They may be able to give you your package directly so you will not have the risk of the item being returned back to the sender.
If you believe your package is stolen please contact your local police or sheriff's office.
NyctoCryptClothing is not responsible for address errors caused by the buyer. If you have given me the wrong address and the package os returned I will either refund you the cost of the item (not including the shipping) or if you would like your item to be shipped to the new, correct address please contact me for additional charges.

Please send me pictures immediately of the damaged item for replacement or refund.

International orders are required to give full address information as well as a legal first and last name. NyctoCryptClothing is not responsible for misinformation provided by the buyer. Buyers are required to pay for any additional customs, tariffs, or freight from your country of origin as there is no way to do this in advance through USPS. It is the buyer's responsibility to claim any packages through customs once they have arrived in the buyer's country. If you have made any of these errors and your package is mailed back to the sender please contact me for a refund of the item (not including shipping). Or you may pay for additional shipping for the item to be sent to the new, correct address.

-Your custom will not be started until your custom is fully paid!
-Custom spots cannot be claimed in advance!
-Any supplies that must be ordered for the custom will be ordered after full payment has been received!
-Customs will be completed in the order they are received. In the event that supplies have yet to arrive the custom will be pushed back as needed. Normal order will resume once supplies arrive.
-Custom openings and closings will be announced on Instagram and Etsy.
-Lycan Loot will not directly reproduce other shops’ or companies’ products.
-Lycan Loot maintains the right to reproduce custom items partially or fully.
-By scheduling a custom you are agreeing to Lycan Loot policies.
-All Lycan Loot products are 18+ only.
