GIFT WRAPPING
All orders will be sent with a hand-wrapped gift box with ribbon. If you have a special occasion like birthday, valentine's, wedding, autumn, Xmas and etc, let me know I can wrap it up for you at no cost.
SHIPPING PACKAGE
All orders will be addressed from your Etsy account address. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR NAME & ADDRESS. U.S. packaging will ship in the poly mailer or crushproof corrugated mailer & for International Mail will be a large bubble-kraft envelope.
Buyers, a returned mail package to seller that your error address isn't right. You must pay shipping fee again. Contact me if you send error address before shipping. Please check your invoice's address and email.
All international mail packages will be photographed before shipping to prevent complaints & to show proof of your pre-mailed order. If you have not received your item in a month,
CONTACT ME. I will give you a report of details about where your internationally shipped package might be.
WHERE & ORDER PROCESS TIME
I am one woman who works w/two hands & overseas suppliers from Honolulu, HI. All jewelry items are handmade by me & that takes a little time.
All non-holiday orders will be ready to ship by USPS in 1 or 2 business days; sometimes often the same day.
US First Class Mail: No parcel post, no transfer partner with DHL. or anything else. Will send a hard crushproof box. Bubble mailer will ship for holiday winter season to prevent wet and damage.
Normal Times to any US States:
-First Class: 3 to 5 Days (no more than 6 or 7 days)
-Priority Mail: 3 to 4 Days (Not guaranteed)
-Express Mail: 1 to 2 Days (Not guaranteed; if you're lucky, some have received in 1 day!)
SIZING DETAILS
Please check your neck and wrist size carefully before making purchase. Its very important that you know which measurement will fit you right. Since a picture is worth a thousand words, look at this YouTube video ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4kZkaRJQS5U&t=8s ) for proper fitting. If you only need to measure the jewelry, try to use a sewing measure tape or ruler, that way you can choose the right sizes. If you have trouble PLEASE CONTACT ME FIRST and I will help you decide what's best.
For example, if you choose a bracelet at 6.5"-7.5", it means the bracelet will be actually at 6.75". This includes the charm, cord, clasps, & end loop; then I add a 1" extender chain. There's no extra cost for the extender chain; its FREE!
RETURN ITEM & REFUNDS
If you're unsatisfied for any reason, please return the item clean and unworn. I will glady refund your purchase fully. If the item shows evidence of being dirty or worn, I will not refund the purchase at all, period. All earrings, however, are not refundable, nor are there any exchanges on earrings. I cannot reuse returned earrings because I cannot ensure hygienic purity. Custom orders are not refundable, either.
WRONG SIZE, DAMAGE ITEM DETAILS & FEEDBACK POLICY
I want you to be happy with your jewelry and I will be happy to help you. Please contact me FIRST BEFORE you leave any feedback for any error, complaint, or problems. If you ordered the wrong size item, you must return the item back within 14 days, to exchange it for the the right size. PHOTOS must be taken to prove breakage to me, so I can send you new ones as quickly as possible. Repair costs depend upon the item & situation. Falsely represented items will be ignored if you refuse to take photos as proof of mishap. Once again, grab your mobile phone camera, or digital camera, and send me the clearest photo proof of the item in question. 100% real photos can save both our time and energy, as well as, set in motion replacement more quickly.

If you're a serious buyer, looking for serious jewelry pieces to buy, then this is not the right place for you. I recommend you look somewhere else, like under "Finest handmade jewelry" or, "higher-end jewelry". My shop is very affordable and inexpensive because there is a demand for DECENT PIECES AT DECENT PRICES. The idea is to make jewelry without spending a lot on gifts for others or yourself.
