My item came in bent or damaged.
I have nightmares about this happening! :(
I will carefully inspect and pack all items in the correct envelope or tubes (In tubes, prints WILL be rounded as they have been in tubes, but will NOT have any creases in them. Please allow tubed prints, which are only the large ones, to relax! :) with proper labeling to please not bend.
If you receive an item that is damaged or bent, please message me with photos of the damage and I will do what I can do!
Custom and personalized orders
Unfortunately, with a busy schedule, I am unable to do anything too extreme! If you would like a signature on a print, please let me know!
For bigger things, like commissions or whatnot, please message me!

This is another nightmare that keeps me up at night!
I ship via USPS and unfortunately, due to situations with health and lack of employees within USPS the length of time from it arriving is a little iffy.
In a perfect world, it takes approximately 3-7 days within the US and 2+ weeks everywhere else!
Please allow this time for your order to arrive. Usually it will arrive sooner than these dates. Tracking will be included for all domestic shipments, but for overseas, unless tracking is purchased, I will be unable to tell you where your shipment is. Tracking is provided upon purchase of the label to both seller and buyer.
Can I not have my large print shipped within a roll?
I am sorry, but this I am unable to do. I have researched and researched and found this to be the best and safest means of shipping with large prints (11x14).
