Welcome to the shop, and thanks for stopping by. Check out my profile page to see what it's all about.

Accepted payment methods

  • Pay with Visa
  • Pay with Master Card
  • Pay with American Express
  • Pay with Discover
  • Pay with PayPal
PayPal is currently the only payment method I accept. Be sure your PayPal address is up-to-date, since that's where I'll ship by default.

I expect to see a payment made within 24 hours of the purchase, but I won't call in the cavalry until it's been 72 hours.

On your first purchase, and then every third subsequent purchase you make from my store, I'll send a free shipping coupon code to you for your next purchase. So your first, third, sixth, ninth, twelfth, etc. purchase from the store will include a coupon code for your next purchase. Sweet! Maybe I should say every multiple of three, since that's really what it is, but I don't want to confuse you more than I have already.

And of course, if you have a discount coupon code, you can combine these for an even sweeter deal.

Be sure your PayPal address is up-to-date, since that's where I'll ship by default. If you would like the item shipped somewhere else, please make that clear in your note upon purchase (you'll see a text box where you can leave a note when you click "add to cart" on an item - that's your ticket).

I currently ship via USPS First Class mail.

I will try to ship all orders within 24 hours of purchase. First Class mail normally shouldn't take more than about four business days from the time it leaves my local post office to the time it shows up at your door. I have no idea if this is true for folks in Alaska and Hawaii, however. Haven't shipped anything there, yet!

As soon as I get a tracking number I'll email you with it and let you know your package is on its way.

If for some reason it's been forever and you haven't gotten your package, let me know. Something went wrong.
Refunds and Exchanges
I really hope you'll be completely satisfied with anything you purchase from me, but if for some reason there's a problem we need to take care of it. Here are a couple scenarios and what will happen in each case:

Item arrived damaged:

Yuck. You can either request a full refund (including your shipping cost) or a replacement at no extra charge.

Item was significantly different from what was purchased:

This doesn't mean the color was slightly different from what your computer screen displayed or that you changed your mind. It means, for example, that you bought a photo of a boat and received one of a bike. In this case, congratulations - you have a free photo you never wanted. I will send you the correct photo ASAP at no extra charge.

I changed my mind or I don't like it anymore:

You can return the item and I'll refund the item cost only; you will be responsible for all shipping costs. I'll execute your refund upon receipt and inspection of the undamaged, unaltered item.
Additional policies and FAQs
Privacy Policy:

I started using Google Analytics, and it's pretty cool. Because I'm curious, okay? Why do you have to ask so many questions? Anyway, in their terms they say I have to put this thing here. So here's my "privacy policy": Google puts a cookie on your PC (or Mac, people...) that collects non-personally identifiable info to make little graphs show up on my Analytics page. I promise to never ever ever sell, give, or otherwise disclose this information to anyone else. Unless it's the cops or the feds and they make me. And that's pretty much it. In your browser's settings, you can easily deny this cookie or restrict how long it can be on your computer. This might already be covered in Etsy's site-wide privacy policy. If so, then anywhere my policy conflicts with Etsy's, Etsy's policy will overrule mine.
