All sales are final, but if something does happen to your item with in 24 hours of receipt with no fault of your own, I will refund the loss as long as appropriate descriptions and pictures are taken of the mishap and emailed to me. It is your responsibility to take care of your item as per the instructions that are provided for you upon purchase and receipt of your item. I will not exchange or refund a cloth diaper or feminine pad that has been used.

Items ship within 48 hours and are shipped via USPS's standard shipping rates. The price of shipping may change from time to time depending on giveaways I am doing with purchases. If I am running a current giveaway with the purchase of an item the price for shipping will be USPS's "If it fits it ships" rates. If I'm not doing a giveaway with the purchase of an item, the price of shipping will drop to the "ready post" rates. These items take longer to ship, but are cheaper prices.

Things do happen, so if it takes longer than 48 hours to ship you your item(s) I will email you. I do not make any extra money off of shipping.
