Payment
Williams Studio 2 accepts all major Credt Cards, Paypal and Etsy gift cards at check out.

We also accept Money Orders. Please send to the address provided and we will notify you when your money order arrives. We will not begin work on your item, or ship it until your money order is received.

If purchasing from with in Wisconsin, the state sales tax will applied to your order at check out.

All orders are made to order and cannot be cancelled once paid for and put into production.
Shipping
We ship via USPS First Class and Parcel Post and Priority. Tracking is always included and items over $100.00 are always insured.

Shipping costs have increased and we have had to respond accordingly. Rest assured though that we will gladly refund any overage once the item has shipped, sometimes sooner if purchasing multiple items but shipping them together. Items ordered together will be shipped together unless you specify differently in the notes section.

We package our items very carefully and have a lot of experience doing so. We pride ourselves on getting your items to you in pristine condition.
Refunds and Exchanges
We work hard to provide 100% customer satisfaction. Please contact us if you are dissatisfied with your purchase in any way, so that we can address your concerns prior to leaving negative feedback.

If an item is damaged during shipping, please notify us within 3 days of it's arrival so that we can rectify the situation in a timely fashion for you.

Most items are custom made as they are ordered and are not subject to refunds, although exchanges may be considered. Again please contact us within 3 days of its arrival to discuss appropriate terms and conditions.
