Returns and exchanges
I'm happy to accept returns if notified within 14 days of purchase. Please return in the same manner as sent with tracking and insurance. Also please return in the same condition as when you received the item - I do charge a 15% restocking fee should it be returned damaged and you have failed to participate in the insurance process.
Payment
We accept paypal, USPS postal money orders and personal checks (we do require a 10 business day wait on checks to give funds time to clear. Payment within 3 days of purchase is appreciated - but if you need more time, please let me know and I'll be happy to extend that deadline.
Shipping
I generally ship by USPS on items up to 6 pounds in weight. After that it is much more cost effective - and many times faster- to ship by FedEx Ground. If you would prefer a different carrier, please let me know and I'll be happy to accommodate your needs.
Additional policies and FAQs
I am happy to combine orders whenever possible and we LOVE our International Buyers - sometimes I have trouble with the shipping policy in the item description. Most items can be sent Internationally, just ask for a quote.
